The Revista Alimentación y Ciencia de los Alimentos (RAYCA) guarantees the confidentiality of all information related to submitted manuscripts throughout every stage of the editorial process. The journal will not publicly disclose information regarding submitted, under-review, accepted, or rejected manuscripts, except when explicit authorization has been granted or when publication of the content has been formally approved.

The identity of reviewers will be kept confidential in accordance with the peer-review model adopted by the journal. Likewise, authors, reviewers, editors, and members of the Editorial Team must treat as confidential all communications, documents, review reports, manuscript versions, and any information derived from the editorial process, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

The names, email addresses, and any other personal information registered on the journal’s website will be used exclusively for the editorial, academic, administrative, and communication purposes of the publication.
